I believe this album was produced by the Cape Peninsula Publicity Association for the South African Railways and Harbours.Although WorldCat lists this album as printed in 1930, I think it was published for the British Empire Exhibition held at Wembley in 1925.The Introduction states: “The object of this publication is to indicate to visitors to the Exhibition the beauties and attractions of the Cape Peninsula with a view to inducing them to take the delightful sea tripe to the Cape and then become familiar with Capetown and its beautiful surroundings. "The latest dates mentioned in the text is 1923, with reference to a match at Newlands Football Ground and the unveiling of Maclean’s Beacon on 25th. February 1923.

Topics illustrated include: A General views of Cape Town, Educational Institutions, Wild Flowers, Fruit, Wineries, Motoring Paradise, Camps Bay, Muizenberg, St. James, Yachting and Boating, Mountaineering, Golf, Sea Angling, Trout Fishing, Hermanus, Mitchell’s Pass, Ceres, Hotels etc.
