The original German edition was published in 1970, the first English edition by Blandford in 1979 and this second English edition co-published in South Africa in 1990.

CONDITION. The top of the dustjacket is edge-chipped. The boards are very good and the endpapers unmarked and undiscoloured, as are the contents, which are complete, including all the plates.
