A nice copy of this early edition of a work which was issued as an accompaniment to the Admiralty charts of the region. In addition to including a great deal of information about 19th-century Singapore and its environs, this work also contains 'Observations on the Passages round the Cape of Good Hope to Sunda Strait, and to ports in the China Sea...'
