Quarter bound dark blue leather with illustrator's vignette to front leather binding, matching marbled boards, with gilt lettering to spine.
The plates have been reproduced in multi-colour lithography at The Curwen Press Limited, of London who also composed the text in Monotype Caslon. The plates were printed on matt-coated cartridge and the text on Hollingworth all-rag paper. Quarter bound by Zaehnsdorf of London in morocco and hand-marbled paper by Societe des Papier Keller Dorian et Tutois Freres Reunis with the exception of certain copies bound in full vellum.
