xviii, 324 pages, 2 pages publisher's catalogue, photographic frontispiece and numerous illustrations in text, original dark blue cloth, gilt embossed image of elephant on upper board, titled gilt on the on spine - cloth lightly insect scarred, top edge gilt, bottom corners slightly bumped, starting to fray at the top and bottom of the spine, and to wear along the edges of the covers, a good copy.
