Small corrections in pen to a few of the pages. Text otherwise clean. Both volumes are well bound.
The first two parts of Frances Daphne’s until recently unpublished war diary, since edited by Laura Taylor and published as “A Woman at War: The Forgotten South African Second World War Diary”. The two volumes offered are both inscribed by a family member of the author’s family to Peter Daphne, who was a pilot during the war and son of the author.
