The first edition in wraps of Olive Schreiner's third published book (there was also a cloth bound edition). 1893. T. Fisher Unwin. 12mo. In the original printed integral dustwrapper over plain paper wraps which is covered in cellophane and which is held in place by internal somewhat darkened small tape strips - see image. The covers are a little worn with a crease on the front wrapper and some paper loss over the spine. Internally very clean. Unmarked and without foxing. All edges uncut. A decent copy of this fragile Schreiner first edition.
