16-page booklet dated 9 April 1968. Marking two services held at Ebenhezer Baptist Church at 10:30am and at Morehouse College at 2pm.

First page includes a colour photo of Dr King with a biography. "The Leadership of Dr Martin Luther King Jr" section includes a list of notable achievements incl dates.

"I tried to love and serve humanity" includes an excerpt from a sermon Dr King presented at Ebenhezer Baptist Church the same year of his passing.

The "Dreams and Inspiration" section includes famous quotes. A list of the names of the pallbearers and internment at South View Cemetery. Outside back cover includes a message to his family.
