8vo (165 × 110 mm), xx (including vii Index), 223, (ii blanks), i publisher’s colophon (132 leaves), Greek and Latin text in parallel. complete with 195 woodcut hieroglyphic emblems in text attributed to Jean Cousin the Elder or Jean Goujon and the printer's device on the final leaf, cut on F8r printed upside down, vellum spine with the remnants of a leather title label, paper covered boards, a single worm hole penetrates many leaves, browning of several lines of type on the first two leaves, otherwise contents are very good.

This is the first bilingual (Greek–Latin) edition of Horapollo, and the first illustrated edition to combine both languages.
