321 pages.   Hardback, 1st Edition.  Published c. 1900.  Pages are clean though darkening with age, binding is tight.   Front cover as some damage due to bending  at top and bottom edge from improper storage.  Some fading  to the spine.  The pages are poorly cut and assembled, but the binding is tight and the book is clean.
