Publisher's pictorial softcover booklet. 86pp. Compiled by C. A. Wallace, referred to in this edition as curator of the Zimbabwe Ruins from 1910 - 1936. Contains 25 photographs that were all taken by the curator.

This second (1936) edition of the guide contains two fold-out maps:

1.) Plan of the Elliptical Temple, 2.) Plan of the Acropolis. The Map of Southern Rhodesia was replaced with two additional photographs for this edition.

Printed on the back wrap there is a Rhodesian Road Guide to all important towns and places of interest in Southern Rhodesia. Apart from the standard attractions of Victoria Falls, Rhodes Grave, Matoppos etc., "Wild Game in all Districts" and "Native Life" are also listed under Points of Interest.

Binding is tight, contents clean, wraps have minimal age-associated edge wear. A very good copy.
