A collection of 24 black & white photographs of Cape Town and surrounds, issued by J. C. Juta presumably as a souvenir for tourists. Published in the Cape "Colony", so around the year 1890.
Red hardcover binding with gilt titles on front panel.

Publisher's illustrated stapled card covers. 34pp. Illustrated by renowned South African artist Nita Spilhaus, this booklet being one of her earliest works after she moved from Germany to the Cape Colony in 1907.
