Five sets of copies of 19th-century photographs taken around Kimberley and of some contemporary newspaper cartoons. These photos were apparently taken by Mr. Mervyn Emms at the request of the Kimberley Museum. Mr. Emms kept these sets of prints in his Collection. Most of the photos are not annotated. They depict diamond mining and early Kimberley. 131 Postcard sized photos in all.
