- steam ships in Table Bay (4); - 10 photographs featuring primarily a horse column on the move, landscapes and a kraal (presumably in the northern Transvaal area); - 6 photographs featuring a blown up bridge and surrounding area. One image features British soldiers bathing nude; - 4 images featuring Coles Koppie, a horse card and mounted horsemen driving past dead animals, a soldier posing at a camp and a horse.
The photographs measure 110x64mm in size and are in very good to fine condition.
