Copy number 21 of the Collectors' Edition limited to 200 copies

Contained in the original slip case covered with a textured bookcloth with marbled paper and leather trim.

Original red leather goatskin and marbled paper binding by Peter Carstens with gilt titling on the spine. Light brown end papers. Black and white photographic portrait of Finch-Davies. Text on Finch-Davies by Dr. Alan Kemp. The sketch book facsimile is repeated with clear text and black and white illustrations.
