Strangely, no mention of publisher or date of publication in this copy. Counting the Roman numeral prelims,(of which the title page is unnumbered) all pages appear to be intact.
Book Condition: Very good copy in the original cloth, with printed-title label. Light toning towards the margins of the text pages. Suggestion of dust-dulling to the spine ends with slight cracking to the top band. Dust jacket is suffering some paper loss and has been protected from further wear and tear in heavy corrugated plastic. Otherwise remains particularly well-preserved overall; tight, bright, clean and strong.
