274 pages, 3 full page engraved plates, ground plan of Samlesbury Hall, 3 pedigrees, other engravings in the text, full green leather with gilt tooled edges (corners worn), spine titled gilt and decorated in panels, inner gilt dentelles, all edges gilt, marbled endpapers. The plates are foxed otherwise a good copy.
