Blue cloth covered screw back album containing twelve leaves or twenty four pages each with two postcards mounted with photo corners - forty eight cards all postally unused, most are sepia tinted but some are coloured.

Cards date mainly for the 1940's to 1970's but some are of older ships.

A typed list attached to the inside front cover lists the 27 ships in the Union Castle fleetwith the tonnages of the ships.

 The Union-Castle Line was a British shipping line that operated a fleet of passenger liners and cargo ships between Europe and Africa from 1900 to 1977. It was formed from the merger of the Union Line and Castle Shipping Line. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Union-Castle_Line)
