Vellum spine and laminated boards in a crocodile skin pattern with gilt lettering. 

250 plates with 43 in colour and a 4pp index at end.

The catalogue is in very good condition with only some insect damage to the front end paper.

A circa 1930's pre-Second World War mail-order catalogue by one of the world's finest luxury goods manufacturers and retailers exhibiting their entire range of the period.

The 206 pages of bespoke product include: Jewellery, Watches, Handbags, Luggage, Household Silver, Crockery & Glassware, Furniture, Barware, "Smoking Requisites", Rare Books, Sporting Trophies etc. 

Asprey, established in 1781, became a luxury emporium in 1841. They are located in New Bond Street, London, the premises they have occupied since 1847. From this location they advertised 'articles of exclusive design and high quality, whether for personal adornment or personal accompaniment and to endow with richness and beauty the table and homes of people of refinement and discernment.'

Today they hold a Royal Warrant from the Prince of Wales.
