A very scarce 82 page booklet published by the Head Office of the South African Party in 1922. It gives an overview, from the South African Party's point of view, of the history and events that led to the violent worker's strike in the gold and coal mines of the Transvaal from 1 January to 16 March, 1922. General Jan Smuts, the leader of the South African Party, took swift and decisive action to suppress the bloody uprising which became known as the Rand Revolt.
