CONDITION DETAILS: The binding does have some wear and a few marks, but overall it is clean and attractive. The foxing/spotting occurs mostly at the first few and last few pages. The folding map has some foxing, a few creases from folding and a closed tear. The frontis is stained - see image - and the tissue guard has severe foxing.
