1. Typed pass on the letterhead of the Military Governor's Office, dated 20th. June, 1901 and signed by Major General John Grenfell Maxwell, the Military Governor of Pretoria. 33x21cms.
2. & 3. Two printed and hand completed and signed Railway Permits for Civilians dated 21st. October 1901 & 17 November 1901. 14x16cms.
4. Small Riding and Driving Pass dated 11 Nov. 1901. 11x8cms.
5. Typed "Copy of telegram" signed by C.Shute, Captain, dated 21.10.01, granting a 10 day pass to Johannesburg. 20x13cms.
6. Signed pass to Pretoria, stamped "Military Commissioner", dated July 4th. 1900. 11x9cms. and mounted on a larger sheet of paper.
