This is the complete De Luxe Edition set of ten volumes. Each book is copy number 19 of an edition limited to 125 numbered copies.

In order of publication date this set contains the following titles:

1) The Brenthurst Baines by Marius and Joy Diemont, 1975.

2) The Kitchingman Papers edited by Basil le Cordeur and Christopher Saunders, 1976.

3) Cape Views and Costumes Water-colours by H.C. de Meillon. Text by Anna Smith, 1978.

4) The Flora Capensis of Jakob and Johann Philipp Breyne by Mary Gunn and Enid du Plessis, 1978.

5) Invasion of Zululand, 1879 edited by Sonia Clark, 1979.

6) Paterson's Cape Travels 1777 to 1779 edited by Vernon S. Forbes and John Rourke, 1980.

7) The War of the Axe, 1847 edited by Basil le Cordeur and Christopher Saunders, 1981.

8) Baines on the Zambezi 1858 to 1859 edited by Edward Tabler, 1982.

9) The Defence of Ladysmith and Mafeking edited by Arthur Davey, 1983.

All ten volumes are in their original dark green leather and hand marbled paper bindings and housed in their original slip cases which are covered with marbled paper.

CONDITION DETAILS: The slip cases have some edge wear. Published over a ten year period, the leather spines have differing amounts of sun fading.
