64pp with 62 black and white illustrations. Very good publisher’s original illustrated thick paper covers with titles in blue and gold on the front cover. Stapled at spine. Staples a little rusty. Crease in the bottom right hand corner of the front cover. The text and illustrations are in very good condition with no foxing, marks or other blemishes. Scarce, no other copy currently offered for sale. The only copies I can locate are in the National Library of South Africa, the Stellenbosch University Library and two university libraries in Europe. Sold together with an item titled.Contests include; History; Civic Capetown; The Western Suburbs;The Southern Suburbs;The False Bay Coast; Muizenberg-St. James-Kalk Bay;Fishhoek-Glencain-Simonstown;The Peninsula Roads;A Land of the Outdoor Life. Also included with this item are: 'A Few Hours in Capetown: Brief Notes for Rapid Sightseeing’ which is a single sheet folded in three with text on both sides plus a single sheet advertisement or Sieradzki’s Regent Fur Company, St. George’s Street, Capetown. Both teams are in very good (+) condition.
