One of the best collections of views (some panoramas) over the Cape Town "City Bowl". Taken in about 1907, they show the new post office building, the Standard Bank with four storeys rather than two, and many trams and horse-drawn carriages- there are no cars and the oaks at the bottom of Government Avenue were still very small!
