This extremely scarce 36pp. booklet on Rhodes appears to be the first work published on him and is barely known. SABIB Vol.4 pp. 798 locates only 5 copies. (Cecil Rhodes: His Political Life and Speeches 1881-1900 by Vindex 'Rev. Verschoyle' - published in 1900 is usually quoted as the first book published about Rhodes).
