The total edition, including the standard edition was limited to 1,000 copies. Most of the titles in the series are facsimiles, but this edition is called the second edition, the 1901 William Blackwood edition being the first. xvi prelims, 382 pages, 6 black and white illustrations and a large folding map of Rhodesia at the rear.
