1959 First edition; 436 pages, numerous black and white photographs, green cloth boards which are faded on the spine, a good copy in the dust jacket now housed in a protector.
1961 First edition: 661 pages, numerous black and white and colour photographs, pink cloth boards, a very good copy in the dust jacket now housed in a protector,
