A Malaysian ceremonial knife which was in the possession of Dr. John Hewitt, curator of the Kuching Museum in Sarawak, in 1903. There is a little lead ball inside the handle which produces a rattle when the knife is held in dance. Also a beautifully carved bone sword hilt from Kuching, Sarawak, collected about the same date.
