A very cute collection of photographs of children from all over South Africa. Interesting articles on how children were taught in 1918; The Cape Town Baby Saving Society; Boy Scouts and Girl Guides; The Work of the Juvenile Advisory Board and The Modern View of Childhood.

Boards are stained and corners are rubbed.The half title page is loose. Upper board  cracking from spine. Binding and text are very good.  146 Pages followed by 19 unpaginated leaves bearing the articles and Index.
