Bound in full dark green leather with gilt titling on the spine. 8 preliminary pages 428 text pages, 4 charts of which two are large folding maps and the other two are fold outs. An extra smaller than page size black white plate of Table Bay is tipped in between pages 112 and 113.
CONDITION DETAILS: The binding is later than the date of publication, probably mid twentieth century. The spine has some sun fading and some wear. There is a tear to pages 383 and 384. Otherwise a clean copy.
