(WWII; NAVY). Robert M. Pennoyer, Ensign, USNR, USS Pensacola.  A Memoir. NY:  Institute for Democracy Studies, 2001.  20,(2)pp.  Hardcover.  Fine.  Inscribed by author with handwritten letter to recipient. Scarce, privately issued remembrance of a young seaman’s experiences during WWII, as Ensign aboard the USS Pensacola, before becoming an accomplished attorney.   Pennoyer’s autobiography was published in 2015,  titled, As It Was: A Memoir.
