Original red cloth boards with gilt titling on the spine. Original dust jacket. xvi prelims, 132 pages of text, followed by 100 full page black and white plates. There are a total of 6 colour plates and many other black and white illustrations. CONDITION DETAILS: There is a small stain on the top edge that has left a small mark on the top corner of several pages. The dust jacket has some creases to the laminate and a bit of edge wear.
