How it works

An original four-page programme for a concert at an Anglo-Boer War Camp School, Pietermaritzburg on 2 and 3 May, 1901. Printed by Harry Prowze, Maritzburg. The programme included 'Stille Nacht' by a children choir, 'Bob the Sawyer, Please give me a penny, Sir (Miss Dulce Simpson), The See-Saw (Frobelschool), Ten Little Niggers', etc. The water-affected brochure is wrinkled, esp. at spine where there is a small tear with some loss. Two printing errors in the title has been corrected in pencil.
