An excellent copy of the scarce limited, numbered edition, and signed by eight dignitaries, including Ian Smith and General Walls; this copy being #13/100, in cloth slip-case and pictorial box, bound in elephant hide with brass edging and Rhodesian coat-of-arms on the front cover, and spine title comprising a brass plate.
Condition: the brass surround has a few small areas of tarnishing, otherwise bright, with the elephant hide being somewhat faded. The contents are in near-fine condition, with a small patch of light foxing to the front paste-down. The signature page has eight of nine signatures, Commissioner P.K.Allum's absent due to 'the changed political circumstances in 1980' as stated on the loosely inserted sheet signed by Moorcraft. The cloth slip-case is in excellent condition, and the box enclosing it is marked and rubbed, with one corner bumped, causing a little split. All in all, a superb example of this scarce historical document.
