Cook's Handbook to London

This copy bears the passenger list of the United States Mail S.S. SANT’ ANNA from the FABRE Line sailing Sunday April 15th 1911 from New York to The Azores, Naples, Villefranche and Marseilles. A time table from the South Eastern Chatham railway company is inserted after the foldout map of London. Some damage in the map margin barely affecting the print. The Underground map is fine but for neat splits at the bottom fold.
