A comprehensive and exhaustively-researched history of the Boer War in Afrikaans, in 6 volumes. The 6th volume is scarce and often not present with the first 5 volumes of this set. This feat of scholarship can be considered to be the definitive account of the Boer War in Afrikaans, and an essential part of any library dealing with the history of this conflict.

From the estate of the late Frikkie Oosthuizen, who presented the classical music programme 'U Eie Keuse' on Afrikaans radio.
