A journal of 95 pages in brown paper wrappers which are cracking from age at the foot of the spine. The text and illustrations are in good condition. This edition of the "Annals of the University of Stellenbosch" records the history of the extremely interesting controversy as to whether the contract between Piet Retief and Dingaan was a forgery, or not. I won't reveal the outcome, not to spoil the story.
