Single sheet folded to form 4 pages, cyclostyled, foolscap (320 x 202 mm), A long tear without loss in the bottom section of all four pages has been carefully repaired with archival tape, overall a fragile item in very good condition.

Written in various hands. A long leader article entitled ‘A Friendly Enemy’ offers a conciliatory note the British officers running the camp.
Advertisements include by E. Suwalski & Co., Hut 15: ‘Have always on hand Transvaal and Free-State stamps, Kruger’s money, curious, etc. and are at any time ready to undertake raffles, etc. Low charges!’ Another is for,’Palmistrty! Professor Fraser many be consulted in Hut 14.’
