The brown buckram bindings have gilt titling on the spines and a decorative device on the upper boards. Yellow end papers. Volume 1 has 414 pages, 56 full page colour plates, followed by 15 under-wing plates. Volume 2 has 509 pages, 110 full page colour plates and 94 maps.
CONDITION DETAILS: The slip case has wear and soiling. The books are clean, excepting for tape residue marks on the end papers - see image.
