Large Quarto hardcover bound in blue cloth boards and has 193 pages, top edge dyed dark blue. Gilt titles on the front boards and to the spine.
The dust jacket spine is faded, but still in excellent condition. Head and heel are a bit bumped, and has light marks on the front board.
The book contains a frontispiece, 223 black and white photographs and 64 scale drawings. Some tape marks on the front pastedown/front end-paper, also has an Ex-Libris on the front pastedown/title page and preface page.
There is an Errata inserted onto the contents page, which contains a list of corrected errors appended. Overall, the book and the binding are in very good condition.
