Contained in the original slip case which is covered with a green coloured cloth and a pictorial inset on the upper side. Original dark green goatskin leather spine and corners, with gilt titling on the spine and a decorative device on the cloth of the upper board. The binding was hand made by Zangorski & Sutcliffe and Zaensdorf in London. Top edge gilt. Textured paper end papers. 272 pages and profusely illustrated in full colour.
