The author recalls his lifetime adventures of hunting tiger, leopard, rhino, buffalo, elephant and other big game in the Indian sub continent. He was known to have shot a rhino each morning before breakfast. The book is filled with author's big game encounters in different parts of India for half a century starting as early as 1830s and includes how to kill elephants etc.
