Cumming went to the South African interior for hunting and discovered

vast herds of plains game as well as large, dangerous game. He hunted

many elephants, as well as lion, rhino, buffalo and even more elephants.

This is a classic of African hunting & exploration in the days when the big

game herds were seemingly endless.
