Gilt titling to the spine, and has a pictorial map on the front/back end-papers. Head/heal and corners are a bit bumped and have some slight rubbing along the edges.
Jacket Condition: Good. Price clipped, with some small chips on the top/bottom spine and has rubbing along the folds and edges, also has some marks on the front/back cover.
The book contains a Foreword by The Rt. Hon. General J. C. Smuts, and seven black and white illustrations (Three done by Thomas Baines), and a Frontispiece of Charles John Andersson.
Some foxing can be seen towards the front/back of the book. Overall, the book and binding are in very good condition.
