Housed in the original slip case with marbled paper and leather trim to match the binding.
The original binding by master craftsman Peter Carstens is done with dark blue leather, a title label on the spine and hand made marbled paper.
Light coloured textured end papers. 190 pages, colour frontis, two sepia photographic portraits plus a further 68 colour plates, foreword by Patrick Horsbrugh and a biographical essay by F.C. Barnicoat.
