352pp. Original green cloth hardcover with gilt title to OFC and spine. Illustrated with portraits, maps and other illustrations. Contains a seperate signed presentation note aswell as a note on the front free EP by the author. Also contains several miscellaneous newspaper clippings relevant to the book, amongst others some original newspaper clippings announcing the death of General Smuts on the 12th of Sept, 1950.
Some fading/mottling to cover boards. Oxidization to pages where newspaper clippings have been inserted. Otherwise the book is remarkably good condition throughout. No cracking, no foxing.
