‘Bryden traveled through Bechuanaland, hunting antelope and small game, crossed the Kalahari Desert, then hunted giraffe near Lake Ngami. Upon reaching the Botletli River plains, Bryden’s group bagged zebra, wildebeest, lechwe, and other game. Recrossing the Kalahari, the expedition took trophy eland.
