Limited to 2000 copies, this is no. 132. xvi prelims, 276 pages, 98 black and white photographic plates, 9 figure drawings. Black simulated leather boards with gilt titling on the spine.

Some minor yellowing to prelims. The dust jacket has some edge edge wear, marks and small tears, especially to the upper edges and head of the spine.
