Head and heel are bumped. Slight marks to the front/back boards and the corners are a bit bumped. Dark green glossy front/rear pastedowns and front/rear endpapers.
There are two detailed black and white portraits of David Livingstone and Robert Moffat; both portraits have tissue guards. Previous owner’s inscription on the half title page. Binding is good and the book is in good condition.
